A Life on the Mat
The Beginning
Ermin began his martial arts journey at just 5 years old, training in Judo and Boxing through his grade school years. The seeds of discipline and focus were planted early.
Committed for Life
At 16, Ermin joined a Kempo Karate school and began training with the consistency and dedication that would define his entire career. From this point forward, he never looked back.
Kempo Mastery
Ermin earned his Black Belt in Kempo Karate — the first of many milestones that would mark a career built on relentless pursuit of excellence.
The Next Level
Diving deep into Brazilian Jiujitsu and everything MMA-related, Ermin competed professionally in both BJJ and MMA. He helped open and eventually took over Brazilian Freestyle Jiujitsu on Maui.
Building Champions
Ermin opened and served as head trainer of Maui Martial Arts, where he trained literally thousands of kids and adults — producing many BJJ and MMA champions along the way.

With over 50 years of training and 30 years of coaching, Ermin now channels his life's work into Winners Vision — bringing the champion's mindset to people everywhere through audio programs and live training.
